1. Rental Agreement:
By renting any party packages or decor items from Party Peacock, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
2. Payment and Deposits:
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your rental date. A deposit may be required for certain items, and this deposit will be refunded upon the return of the items in their original condition.
3. Rental Period:
The rental period begins on the agreed-upon date of delivery or pickup and ends on the agreed-upon date of return. Additional rental days may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. Delivery and Pickup:
Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to receive the delivery and return the items at the agreed-upon times.
5. Care and Use of Items:
Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of all rented items. This includes ensuring that items are kept clean and free from damage during the rental period.
6. Damage and Missing Items:
Customers will be held liable for any damages or missing items incurred during the rental period. Party Peacock reserves the right to charge the customer's card on file for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or missing items.
7. Inspection Upon Pickup:
Customers are required to inspect all items upon pickup and sign a form acknowledging receipt of the items in their current condition. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to Party Peacock at the time of pickup.
8. Liability Waiver:
Party Peacock is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of rented items. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of rented items and agree to indemnify and hold Party Peacock harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use.
9. Termination of Agreement:
Party Peacock reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
10. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Idaho.
